About Us

Since our founding in 1987, The Genesis Therapy Center has provided high quality assessment, counseling and consultation services to individuals, couples, families and organizations.

We provide careful assessment, support, and high quality therapy to our clients as they seek to understand and manage their lives. At The Genesis Therapy Center, we utilize a multidisciplinary approach, which emphasizes developing potential for making better relational and individual choices.

The Genesis Therapy Center supports the local communities it serves through its Community Care Program, which provides services (on a sliding fee scale) to those who have limited income and limited ability to pay.

Adult Services

Genesis Therapy Center offers a wide range of counseling services for adults. Through a unique, holistic approach to counseling, we help people manage the stresses and hardships of everyday life by building habits that encourage positive thinking and strong decision making.

Adolescent Individual and Family Therapy

It can be difficult to figure out whether or not a parent should be worried. We have over 30 years of experience serving families and children, and we want to help you and your teen through adolescence.

Parenting Programs

Becoming a parent is, perhaps, one of the greatest challenges we take on as human beings, and sometimes we need a little extra help. That’s why the experts here at Genesis Therapy Center offer a range of services for parents and families.

Child Individual and Family Therapy

We have been providing services to families and individuals for over 30 years, and with that history, we bring a unique approach to therapy. When it comes to the treatment of children, we offer options that are developmentally appropriate for different age groups.
