LCPC/LCSW/LMFT Positions
Full-Time Position
Position Title: Full-Time LCPC/LCSW/LMFT Clinical Therapist
Licensure Requirement: Active Illinois LCPC or LCSW license in good standing.
Education Requirement: Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related behavioral health field as applicable to licensure.
Schedule: Must be willing to work 3 evenings per week or two evenings and Saturdays
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy as scheduled.
- Attend and participate in weekly supervision.
- Adhere to the group practice’s ethical guidelines and professional standards.
- Attend and participate in all scheduled team meetings and group supervision.
- Attend and participate in fundraising events
Caseload Expectations: Develop and maintain caseload of 25+ clients per week.
Work Setting :
- In- person
- Telehealth sessions must be held at GTC offices
Benefits/Compensation Considerations:
- 60% for three months
- 65% after
Part-Time position
Position Title: Part-Time LCPC/LCSW/LMFT Clinical Therapist

Education Requirement: Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related behavioral health field as applicable to licensure.
Schedule. Must be willing to work 2 evenings per week or 1 evening and Saturdays
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy as scheduled.
- Attend and participate in weekly supervision.
- Attend 4 scheduled team meetings and group supervision.
- Adhere to the group practice’s ethical guidelines and professional standards.
- Attend and participate in fundraising events.
Caseload Expectations: Develop and maintain caseload of 12 to 15 clients per week.

- In- person
- Telehealth sessions must be held at GTC offices
- Benefits/Compensation Considerations:
- 55% contractual
Work Setting

- No remote days unless approved by the supervisor and Executive Director.
- 1099 Independent Contractor employment status

General Requirements for Both Positions
- Maintain current professional license and comply with all renewal and continuing education requirements.
- Must hold current malpractice insurance with Genesis as an additional insured.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written to effectively interact with clients, colleagues and the community.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Participate in required onboarding, compliance training, and ongoing professional development.
- Willingness to collaborate with others, receptive to feedback from supervisors and committed to underserved communities.
